AHU Fans

These fans have the following characteristics:

• Well-constructed

• Housings are completely manufactured in galvanised steel sheet

• Pittsbourgh seam locked scroll and sideplates

• High efficiency impeller with 10 backward curved true aerofoil shaped fully welded blades coated with epoxy paint

• Balanced both statically and dynamically to an accuracy grade of G=2.5.

• Fitted with roller bearings with Plummer split block housings

• Supplied with inlet, shaft and belt guards.

• Supplied and mounted on a strong, channel base.

All AHU fans are test run upon completion, enabling a check to be made on bearing temperature, impeller balance and speed, ensuring that the correct pulleys have been selected.
